Cathy is the ultimate professional, was out of state and saw an add online. I called her, she asked what I was looking for, price range and any extras I might like to have. She called back in a few days with several possibilities, I sent my wife down to look and narrow the list down. When the list was down to three I flew down and we picked a great house in a great location with a pool in the back yard for an unbelievably great price. She helped us get through all the usual inspections and assisted in secure financing. She contacts us occasionally to see if there's anything we need or she can do for us, and has turned out to be a pretty good friend.
